Identification method for perforated shoes

To evaluate the quality of shoes, it is necessary to focus on both appearance and internal indicators. Due to the fact that intrinsic indicators often require the use of testing instruments, it is more practical for a consumer to distinguish the quality of shoes from their appearance. From the perspective of appearance, the quality of shoes is mainly distinguished by the quality and workmanship of the materials (including the upper, sole, and lining). The size can be measured, and the process mainly involves visual inspection, hand touch, pinching, and pushing.
1. Upper (upper)
The upper is one of the main components of a shoe. For smooth shoes, it is important to check if they are soft and full, and if there is any looseness when pressing the shoe upper with your hand. A good shoe upper should be full and soft, with a comfortable touch, uniform and consistent luster, and no looseness. For the upper of suede shoes, attention should be paid to checking whether the fuzz is short and uniform, and the color tone should also be consistent. The shoe lining is a part of the shoe upper, used to strengthen the upper, prevent the upper from extending and deforming, and improve the foot feel. So, good shoe lining materials (such as genuine leather shoe lining) should have good touch, breathability, and moisture wicking properties, and are not easy to fade. In sewing, there should be no wrinkles or fat edges inside the shoes.
2. insoles
Typically, men's shoes use an insole or heel pad at the back half. Women's shoes are covered with a full insole. The insole has the function of keeping the insole clean and covering the unevenness of the insole to improve foot feel. Therefore, insoles should have good moisture absorption and drainage properties. In terms of workmanship, the insole should adhere flat to the inner sole without any hanging wrinkles.
3. Outsole
From the appearance, the bonding state around the outsole should be closely adhered without any gaps, and the bottom surface should be flat.
4. Heels
Whether it is a low heel or a high heel, the first thing to consider is whether the fit with the shoe is natural and level. For women's shoes with half high heels or above, the following two points are more important: first, the heel should be firmly attached to the inner sole. The front, back, left, and right should not sway; The second is that the palm should not be smaller than the sole of the heel.
5. Inner sole
On the one hand, looking at the material of the inner sole, it is best to use genuine leather. On the other hand, it is necessary to use your hands to forcefully press the waistband, which is equivalent to the part of the instep when wearing shoes, and it is better to remain motionless. Under this force, if the edge of the shoe deforms, it indicates that there is a problem with the quality of the shoe.
6. Stability
Place the shoes on a flat surface, and they should immediately remain stationary. This type of shoe has good stability, which is also one of the basic conditions for high-quality shoes.
